0.75 oz. Monin brown butter toffee syrup
2 oz. bourbon
3 mL. Monin mint concentrated flavor

Combine ingredients into a serving glass, stir, and then fill 1/2 of glass full of crushed ice. Stir to frost glass and top off with additional crushed ice. Add cinnamon stick and mint sprig to garnish, and serve.
