Used this fryer for one day and it has already stopped working. The right side power went out on it, then about two hours later the left side shut down. Now I'm being told it has to be repaired by an approved warranty technician instead of them just sending a replacement and me sending this one back.

BUYER BEWARE! What I liked about this product was it's power rating and price for said power rating. After purchasing I then became aware of why it's priced like it is. First unit burned out within hours of turning on. It was installed by a certified electrician according to technical information provided by the manufacturer. I contacted Webstaurant to replace unit or determine what needed to happen as this unit was a replacement for an old fryer that had seen it's last day, needless to say I was down equipment in a time when a restaurant can't be down a needed piece of equipment. Webstaurant could not replace unit because it had been "used", basically as soon as you put oil in the unit it becomes used and will have to go through the warranty process. Second time using this deep fryer one side stop working. The warranty is just crap they do everything to get out of it. My electrician looked at them and the on/off switches are to small for the current. He replaced the switches with heavier ones and they seem ok. I would not buy these.

***DO NOT BUY*** The fryer stop working within the first hour of use. The switch melted and luckily did not cause a fire. Currently going through warranty and all they want to do is offer store credit, cut the cord off the machine and show proof. We are a small nonprofit township recreation organization and will not utilize store credit as the only thing we have ever bought from Webstaurant is the fryer and a hot dog machine. Be aware of the warranty as they do not offer refunds for products they know are faulty.

Don't buy this fryer. The wires inside will melt within a day.

It's a piece of junk, turn them on, one would stay on, the the other keeps pop off. I'm trying to get a phone number. They give you one on the weekends when their closed, but no phone number now when there open.

Until they fix the issue with power switch, DO NOT BUY!!!! I received my first unit and it worked for 1 day. On the second day, both sides quit working. After they couldn't find a repairman, they sent me a new replacement, Same thing, both units quit working within 2 days. Regardless if they replace it or not, I have been down a fryer for over a month now.

Cheaply made parts. On/off switch melted as soon as we powered on the machine first time ! Customer service give me a hard time about replacement switch. Still not resolved

I used this fryer for only one day and the fryer stopped working, on first the left side and then the right side all within the first four hours on the fryer being on. I called the warranty company and they spent out a repair man after I waited 2 days losing revenue. He was able to fix one side of my burner and had could not fix the other side. he said he need to order parts, so a day later the side that was repaired died again. Worst purchase of my life, and no one will answer the phone or return my call. Lots of money for nothing, I had to then purchase another fryer for a third of the cost of this one and still fighting for a refund. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS FRYER

We bought two of the dual vat fryers. Our fryers are worked very hard and these fryers have been great. They’ve held up better then another well know brand. Very pleased!
