Easy-to-Use Controls

The simple and intuitive controls make this unit extremely easy to operate. Featuring a simple on / off switch, a 12-hour cook timer, as well as independent cook temperature and hold temperature knobs, this unit allows for easy temperature control. Indicator lights make it clear which mode you are utilizing. A convenient and easy-to-read thermometer allows you to monitor your temperature to ensure you get the best results.

Overnight Roasting Made Easy

A convenient 12-hour timer is perfect for cooking a range of items and it automatically switches over to infinite holding when the cooking cycle ends. You can cook as low as 150 degrees Fahrenheit and hold at any temperature between 60-205 degrees Fahrenheit.

Convenient Capacity

This unit offers a full-size cavity that accommodates (4) 18" x 26" sheet pans on wire racks, or (16) 12" x 20" food pans on slides. Each wire rack has a 45 lb. capacity and 8 sets of slides allow you to configure your oven to best accommodate your needs.

Fantastic purchase! Converting the power plug to fit a 208V 3-phase outlet was a breeze. I was concerned that this oven would be under-powered when operated at 208V, but my concerns were unfounded. It cooked beautifully, even with 4 large, deep pans full of chicken fricassee. Behind the coffee maker, this oven will probably be one of the most used items in our kitchen. My only mistake was not buying the double-stacked version.

Mixed feelings. THis oven worked great when operating.when we received the oven. It did not heat. SO we called an electrician in and they took the cover off and it was simple there was an electrical wire not plugged in. Hooked it up been using the oven for about a month with no issues. Yesterday when cooking there is an odd smell coming from the oven. And then it just quit heating up. And now the wires have burnt up.
