Fantastic purchase! Converting the power plug to fit a 208V 3-phase outlet was a breeze. I was concerned that this oven would be under-powered when operated at 208V, but my concerns were unfounded. It cooked beautifully, even with 4 large, deep pans full of chicken fricassee. Behind the coffee maker, this oven will probably be one of the most used items in our kitchen. My only mistake was not buying the double-stacked version.

Mixed feelings. THis oven worked great when operating.when we received the oven. It did not heat. SO we called an electrician in and they took the cover off and it was simple there was an electrical wire not plugged in. Hooked it up been using the oven for about a month with no issues. Yesterday when cooking there is an odd smell coming from the oven. And then it just quit heating up. And now the wires have burnt up.
