While I'm sure the Continental will serve us well, the delivery policies of Webrestaurantstore.com are foolish. It is simply common sense that something the size of a refrigerator would require a call from the carrier before delivery. I am in the middle of opening a new location and EVERY other company I am working with calls before they deliver. Table tops, table bases, lumber, windows, chairs, stools; all came with at least a call and usually an email. When I received an email politely letting me know that the carrier attempted to deliver the refrigerator with no notice and that I would be charged an extra fee, I gave the folks at Webrestaurantstore a shout. To service all customers, we list this as an additional free service we offer if requested. Because of the need for re-delivery, the delivery company requires the extra fee.
