This is the ONLY flour I use for my gluten free bakery. It holds up against gluten flour amazingly. This is the BEST price I've found as well. Quality GF Flour is hard to find.

This flour is perfect for gluten free baking at my coffee shop. I order several bags per month, and I find it to be high quality and a good volume for the price.

Bob's is great, always high quality and this flour is no exception! 1 to 1 makes it easier to adhere to recepies. Texture is great, a little on the fine side, but otherwise no issues. Would order again.
This is a great sub in for gluten free flour if you don't want to add xanthan gum, but I prefer the other bob's red mill gluten free as it tends to create moister and firmer products.
The delivery was on the time they promised, and the package it was excellent specially by the fact I ordered regular flour in the same order and they separated in individual packages!

This is good gluten-free flour, but I don't feel like it is actually one to one. It makes things come out much soggier and not as well-rounded as regular flour. I will only be using this for specific recipes that call for it.

Awesome product, we use this as a one to one substitute for our gluten free needs. We like bob's red mill products and exclusively use their products for our baking needs. We use it at an elevation over 8000ft with little alterations needed.
