Wow... this 5 channel silicone bread form is awesome! I didn't use any spray and my bread pulled right out with not even a single crumb stuck to the pan. The pan looks like it had just been washed that's how clean the bread came out.

I was impressed with this bread mold. I have used it three times at home, and each time have had success. I found that 6 oz of dough was almost not enough to fill out the cavity, and 8 oz was almost too much. You definitely need to bake with a sheet pan underneath to give rigidity, but this hasn't seemed to cause any extra browning on the bottom. Depending on how full the cavities are, the middle rolls almost did not brown enough on the sides, but this was not a large problem. The bread stays soft, which is great for slicing in half for sandwiches.
