Intelligent Cavity Design

Each oven cavity has a 1/2" cordierite stone deck along with top and bottom elements to cook pizzas evenly. The large elements span the full cavity to reduce the need to rotate pizzas during the cooking process. Each cavity also has its own heavy-duty swing down door for easy access while loading and unloading.

Independent Controls

Independent deck controls and separate electronic 30 minute timers with audible alarms ensure perfect results every time, while also allowing you to successfully manage two different orders simultaneously.

Versatile Heat

Separate on/off switches for the top and bottom heating elements and a 150-840 degrees Fahrenheit temperature range guarantee the versatility you need to create a wide selection of menu items.

Heavy-Duty Doors

The doors have a window that allows staff members to keep an eye on pizzas without opening them and letting hot air escape. The door handles are made of stainless steel and have a cool-touch ball handle for insulation.

Overall Durability

The exterior of each oven is made of durable stainless steel while the interiors of each cavity are aluminized steel. Each oven cavity comes equipped with a light to let you and your staff view what's cooking. To provide consistent interior temperatures and to maintain cool exterior temperatures, this pizza oven's body is fully insulated. Both ovens come complete with 5" adjustable bullet feet as well as the included stacking kit and shortened bullet feet for secure installation.

Thin-Crust Pizzas

For best performance and even cooking, this oven package is recommended for thin-crust pizzas cooked at 550 degrees Fahrenheit for 6-8 minutes. This method ensures that pizzas are fully cooked with even leoparding on the crust.

Stacking Kit Included

To ensure that the ovens are stacked securely, a stacking kit comes included with legs and brackets. Using stacked ovens helps minimize the counter space required and provides more oven space, making your kitchen more space-efficient.

Bought 2 of these ovens from Webrestaraunt . Bought them less than a week apart. Both came with handles bent and one actually fell off. I took the handle to my friends machine shop and had them drill a hole and thread it so I could put a screw in it. Second one came with dents in it, with the side panel detached( screws were never installed., I fixed that too. WebRestaraunt was very nice and gave me a discount for the damages. Now as far as their performance… the last one ordered will not go to 800, much less 840! The first I ordered will get to 800 in about an hour . Neither reach temps as advertised. We are an old-school pizza restaurant that has been using the same slate-floor pizza ovens since 1969. We recently had an opportunity to participate in a vendor fair to show off our services as a caterer. We wanted to provide samples, using 16" pizzas, that were accurate to our restaurant pizzas and only had 110v electric to work with. Temperature is too inconsistent and fluctuates too much to be good. Knobs set at 570, but it's temping at 800+. The pizzas I've cooked end up too crispy on top and underdone on the bottom so Ive been having to babysit each pizza that goes in and adjust the knobs at least once during each bake, which gets out of hand when multitasking. Also the light to the oven stopped working after about three weeks of use..
