Attention CA Residents:I am not sure why but it does not sharp at all. Used it about 4 times but not cutting the pizza properly. I have a bigger size of the same brand which is extremely sharp but this one is not...

Great item holds up well. I actually use it to cut cilantro. And why use this our food truck goes thru a couple cases every day so it makes chopping cilantro very fast very safe and very efficient.
Very good product
Big and heavy and totally gets the job done. It's sharp but not thin knife edge sharp. There is a little bit of a learning curve if you've never used one of these. It took me a minute to get the hang of how fast to cut and how to stop making crooked cuts. Bonus that the blade mounts to my magnetic knife strip for easy access.
