Paring Knives

Paring Knives

Perform all of your peeling, slicing, dicing, and other precision tasks with these commercial grade paring knives. They may be the smallest blades in a chef's arsenal, but they're also a vital part of the prep work done in any professional kitchen. We offer all sorts of different edge styles, blade types, and handle materials so you can find the right paring knives for your business. First, decide what kind of edge you want. A smooth edge is perfect for creating even slices of fruits and vegetables, while a serrated edge will make it easier to cut through tougher skin and rind. Next, consider your daily cutting tasks to determine which blade type is best for you. Curved models like bird's beak and spear point blades are great for peeling, while sheep's foot and straight blades are better suited for chopping. You can also pick out your optimal grip by checking out our selection of handles. Whether you need the reliable value of polypropylene, the luxurious look of rosewood, or the ultimate grip of santoprene, we've got you covered! Like many of our blades, these commercial paring knives are available in a variety of colors to help you stay organized and prevent cross contamination. For superior sanitation, many models are NSF Listed.

    Cutting an apple.

Great little paring knife with a serrated edge. It seems to be sturdy and well made. It is nothing fancy but we recommend it for smaller cutting projects!

We like this 3.5 inch spear point serrated edge knife. It’s quite sharp. This is especially good when slicing or dicing some fruits and vegetables like this strawberry. And it’s very reasonably priced that we will definitely buy this again.

    Slicing tender strawberry

This is a rather inexpensive paring knife but it does the job very well! It's great for dicing tomatoes or small onions. Pretty good quality for the price.

I like the serrated edge of this knife for being able to cut through baguettes. It does a great job of staying sharp and it's very cheap.

Another cheap knife that's good quality. It's similar to some of the other serrated knives I've bought from Webstaurant as far as quality goes. It's sharp and cheap, so no complaints.

We use these for dicing potatoes and they work out great. They are sharp and durable. They are sooo much cheaper than anywhere else we could find. We will be buying more when needed

This knife is great quality and an unbeatable price. The mix of the spear point with the serrated edge is helpful. Overall this is a great product!

I really hate to say, but we purchased this knife for opening packages. It would be great in the kitchen as well, but our scissors are dulling and it offers better coverage / durability then box cutters, which weve purchased; so far so good, the serrated edge really helps in guiding and cutting and it has an awesome durable handle that is easy to hold and well constructed.

Great knives, fit beautifully in the hand and extremely sharp. When one is "lost" in the kitchen, we all go looking for it as they have quickly become a favorite for us. We've taken to buying several at a time!

This is a sharp knife perfect for small tasks in the kitchen like preparing tomatoes and small pearl onions!! Great serrated edge is gentle on soft skinned items!!
