These knives are great! We bought two and couldn't be happier! These knives are dishwasher safe and the black color doesn't fade one bit! Haven't had to sharpen these blades once yet and use heavily everyday!

The Mercer Culinary 4" is the perfect knife for precise jobs. It does the job efficiently and smoothly all while looking great. I would buy this again, and I did actually buy it again! Another bonus is the sheath that comes with it. Sharp knives lying in drawers have always put me off but with the sheath you feel protected all the while!
