    Although it’s little bit spicy but really it’s adding great tast to any kind of food . Used with egg eyes and the result was amazing
    Great flavor but made my jerky super dry and super tough, despite cutting against the grain. Know the rub had something to do with it because the teriyaki cake our super tender - all from the same piece of meat. Followed instructions on the bottle, “For the best flavor in whole muscle jerky, it is recommended to let the meat marinate in the seasoning overnight in your refrigerator.” I would advise against this. Sprinkle on right before smoking.

    This is really nice seasoning to have around the house or in the kitchen. It works well for making jerky and has a nice peppery garlic taste to it.
    Who wouldn't purchase this. If you are a fan of Garlic and Pepper, then buy more than one. I find myself putting this on everything from chicken to ground beef. There is no over powering as some ingredients I have encountered. It has an even amount of garlic as the pepper. It's not too strong. I would recommend pulling back on it because a little goes a long way taste wise.
    Nice simple jerky seasoning. The pepper is nice and rough ground, so its very pronounced when eating the final product. I can recommend it to those who like spice!
    I purchased this Weston Garlic and pepper jerky dry seasoning for making homemade sausages. The flavor is terrific will definitely be purchasing again. I used to mix all of my own spices which was time consuming and much more expensive. So happy to have found this.
    This jerky seasoning was delicious!! The garlic was not too strong and the pepper did not leave a spicy after taste. I will order this again.
