Wonderful saucier for a fraction of the price of competitors. The bottom is heavy and heats evenly. Inside is beautifully polished and easy to clean. Due to the shape of this pan, it's extremely easy to reach every bit of food with a whisk (I use it mainly for making custards for buttercream). Note that this item does not come with a lid, but many of the lids I already owned that were about 6" in diameter fit perfectly.
