The Vollrath Intrique 7 13/16” Fry Pan is an excellent quality Fry Pan. The handle is firmly attached and it doesn’t get too hot. It heats evenly and nothing sticks to the bottom. This is great for every day use. This is a Fry Pan that is meant to last.
No problems with this pan to date. I like the large handle because I have big hands. It doesn't get hot either. However, it seems slightly unsafe that the pan can tip toward the handle if not fully supported by a flat hard surface. I definitely recommend buying the matching cover.
