Nice looking pan but the bottom is often hard to move around on the burner grate. It has a ridge and often gets stuck or hits the ends of the grates above the flame . Inside of being completely flat on the bottom this pan has a ridge instead causing this to happen .

This pan works poorly on the Vollrath Induction Cooker--even though it's supposed to be induction ready. I am back to using my All-Clad cookware.

Wonderful saucier for a fraction of the price of competitors. The bottom is heavy and heats evenly. Inside is beautifully polished and easy to clean. Due to the shape of this pan, it's extremely easy to reach every bit of food with a whisk (I use it mainly for making custards for buttercream). Note that this item does not come with a lid, but many of the lids I already owned that were about 6" in diameter fit perfectly.
i love this pan!!!! it only holds about 2 qts which is perfect for when i want to boil some vegetables because the pot is the perfect size
