Nice looking pan but the bottom is often hard to move around on the burner grate. It has a ridge and often gets stuck or hits the ends of the grates above the flame . Inside of being completely flat on the bottom this pan has a ridge instead causing this to happen .

Due to the shape of this pan, it's extremely easy to reach every bit of food with a whisk (I use it mainly for making custards for buttercream).
