    Good knife! Holds and edge and gets the job done without multiple cuts. Grip is ergonomic and solid. If you break down large meat products this is a must have.

    This knife is great for cutting large meats. Big but also like a utility knife. Keeps a sharp edge longer than most knives. I would say you need this in your collection.

    I have had this knife for a long time now and I must say it is a great knife. The handle is my favorite one I have in my set it's comfortable and doesn't slip when wet. The blade holds it's edge very well. I swear by this knife when it comes to anything that has to do with butchering or carving. I have used more expensive knives that coworkers have had, and it's my feeling that they have wasted their money.
