Southbend PCG50B/SD Details

Enhance the efficiency of your kitchen with this Southbend Platinum series convection oven! This oven produces 50,000 BTU, and it operates using high-efficiency, non-clogging inshot burners and a 2-speed, 1/2 hp fan motor. Its dependent glass doors have a stay-cool, heavy-duty handle and open a full 180 degrees to easily access the interior. The interior is illuminated with bright lighting to easily monitor the cooking process. This unit has heavy-duty, removable 11-position wire rack guides spaced on 1 5/8" centers, allowing you to reconfigure its 5 plated wire oven racks.

This convection oven is easy to operate using its solid-state thermostat and 60-minute mechanical cook timer. It adjusts from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate a wide variety of foods. It has energy-saving, high-efficiency glass windows and a heat-keeping dual door seal system to maintain consistent, efficient cooking temperatures. Plus, it has a forced cool down fan mode to ensure quick, even cooking. The unit's deep depth offers more interior oven space than standard convection ovens.

This convection oven features an electric ignition with a flame safety device for safe operation. It has a durable stainless steel front, sides, and top, while its interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish. It stands on sturdy 26" triangular stainless steel legs for optimal stability (casters sold separately). This unit has a plug-in, plug-out control panel that slides out for easy full-view servicing. It requires both a liquid propane gas connection and a 120V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
