This high-powered single deck broiler has a free-standing design and features two independent 110,000 BTU radiant burners for rapid and even cooking results. The fully insulated burner boxes and lining help to retain heat and enhance energy efficiency, while the removable drip tray makes cleaning quick and easy. The included 25" x 25" overhead warming oven above the broiling area is heated by broiler flue gases and offers additional functionality, while the spacious 24 1/2" x 28" roll-out broiling area provides ample space for preparing multiple dishes simultaneously.

Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, side, and back construction, this broiler is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. Plus, it includes a 45,000 BTU convection oven base with an electronic pilot ignition. This base features a cool-to-the-touch handle and a porcelain enamel interior. It has three oven racks with five positions and a 1/2 hp, two-speed blower. The water-resistant, "Insta-on" thermostatic controls allow for precise temperature control from 175 degrees Fahrenheit to 550 degrees Fahrenheit.

With a four-position adjustable grid height for precise control and adjustable 6" stainless steel legs for stability, this versatile broiler offers customizable options for your cooking needs. Built with speed, strength, and consistency in mind, this broiler is a valuable addition to any commercial kitchen seeking high performance every shift. This unit requires a natural gas connection and 120V electrical connection for operation.
