Southbend PCG100B/SD Details

Enhance the efficiency of your kitchen with this Southbend Platinum series convection oven! This unit features a double-stack design with 2 ovens for optimal space efficiency. It produces 50,000 BTU per oven, and it operates using high-efficiency, non-clogging inshot burners and 2-speed, 1/2 hp fan motors. Its dependent glass doors have stay-cool, heavy-duty handles and open a full 180 degrees to easily access the interior. The interior is illuminated with bright lighting to easily monitor the cooking process. Each oven has heavy-duty, removable 11-position wire rack guides spaced on 1 5/8" centers and 5 plated oven racks, allowing for a custom configuration.

This convection oven is easy to operate with independent solid-state thermostats and 60-minute mechanical cook timers. It adjusts from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate a wide variety of foods. It has energy-saving, high-efficiency glass windows and a heat-keeping dual door seal system to maintain consistent, efficient cooking temperatures. Plus, it has a forced cool down fan mode to ensure quick, even cooking. The unit's deep depth offers more interior oven space than standard convection ovens.

This unit features electric ignitions with a flame safety device for safe operation. Each oven has a durable stainless steel front, sides, top, and rear jacket with a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel interior. It stands on sturdy 6" stainless steel legs for optimal stability (casters sold separately). This unit has a plug-in, plug-out control panel that slides out for easy full-view servicing. It requires both a liquid propane gas connection and a 120V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation, and it includes the necessary stacking kit.
