Ordered (2) Solwave MW2100T Commercial Microwaves on September 23rd 2015 Order #15306571. The first microwave broke due to door switch and fuse problems. Solwave hired a company to service equipment and made two attempts to order parts and fix unit. Six weeks later they shipped a new unit. The same thing happened to my second microwave ordered in 2015 and that unit broke w/ the same issue and had to wait six weeks for parts and service and again unable to fix and I was sent new unit. I am hoping they have fixed the problem w/ the two new units I have today.

The issue with the door switch and fuse have since been corrected through improving the parts used for this model. This change was effective July 2016.
