Still fairly new but it's a bit odd. It sounds like it's still running even after it's done, sometimes the light will stay on for a while even though the door is closed...it seems to have a few "quirks" that I'm not used to. It's not an issue but I imagine these oddities will end up to it breaking down before a year is up.

Don't buy this !! I’m very disappointed with these microwaves. I purchased two in January and only started using them in April — yet both stopped working by August. The overall quality is poor and far worse than a typical home microwave. I would not recommend this product.

Very disappointed with how quickly this microwave started dying! We have only been using it in our cafe for about 6 months and it is failing. We had better luck with cheap, home use microwaves from other retailers.

Purchased this product a few times. First of all it is of great value! when taken care of and used with care, this can last you for years. Unfortunately in a busy restaurant cooks are constantly using it and banging the doors. This causes the life of the product to decrease. Nevertheless, it is in no way a bad microwave. It is strong, well built and works well. We have it on the servers line, cooks line. Main issue over the years that make us change it is the turn knob, it gets de-sensitive and does not set/does not work. Overall a good buy!

This microwave is very durable. We have had it for over 2 years and it keeps going strong. The only issue we have had is with the inside peeling, but other than that it is very durable.

It’s nice looking, pretty small but does the job. Has nice preset buttons for “slice of pizza”, “roll or pastry” and “sandwich”.

Very simple to use and very simple to clean. I really prefer the functionality of microwaves that have digital interfaces BUT this thing just works and will keep working for years to come.

Works like a charm. Bought in 2019 and still running strong. We did have to change the fuse once since purchase but the price and the product is perfect for any qsr.
it didn't last a month, I got the extended warranty and when i tried to fill a claim, they say that it had store warranty, but it doesnt give me any option on how to file that claim. I dont even know who to contact!

We are very happy with this microwave. We have two stacked on top of each other. They work as they should and help us handle BOH rush.
