This powerful holding unit can hold four full size food pans full of pasta, meat, or side dishes in each 500W well. The body of this unit is constructed of durable 22-gauge type 430 stainless steel and heavy-duty hardware. The top and wells are made of 20-gauge type 304 stainless steel, while the cutting board support shelves are made of 16-gauge type 430 stainless steel.

For optimum versatility, each individual well is independently controlled by an infinite control knob with lighting to show whether the unit is powered on and if the well is ready to use.

Simplified Service

Designed for wet use, this steam table is easy to drain and makes a great addition to your establishment, allowing you to serve up a delicious plate of food at just the right temperature! A 120V electrical connection is required for the 7 1/4' power cord.

    Not a good product. Replaced once almost right away when one of the bays stopped working (WebstaurantStore shipped a replacement). But the new unit has had the same ongoing issues over the last year. One at a time, the bays stop working. They aren't wired well, so the connections come loose or corrode. But after a year or so, we have had to repair this unit 5 or 6 times. In the long run, spend more now and save down the line.
