Use the small fitting for thin products like hot sauce, the medium fitting for thick products like ketchup or mustard, and the large fitting for extra-thick relish or tartar sauce. This gives you the option of using it to serve everything from hot sauce or ketchup to relish or tartar sauce.

To provide ultimate serving flexibility, the pump can also adjust in portion size in 0.25 oz. increments up to 1 oz. By limiting the portion dispensed with each push, the pump helps prevent food waste and the associated costs.
