This condiment holder is ideal for holding condiments at a bar, but thanks to its space-saving design, it can be used in your kitchen prep area, at a buffet, or in your cafeterias for an easy self-serve option.

Thanks to its durable construction, the container is easy to wipe down at the end of the night. As a drop-in unit, versatility exists for convenient placement in a 20 1/8" x 7 3/8" cutout. It's also compatible with (3) 1/6 size steam table pans or (1) 1/6 size and (3) 1/9 size pans, up to 6" deep, which are perfect for holding Maraschino cherries, cocktail onions, olives, and lemon slices at your bar. For fast insulation, this condiment bar can be chilled with ice or eutectic ice packs (sold separately) for up to 4 hours.
