This unit comes with everything you need to get started; just fill its (2) 1/3 size food pans and (2) 1/6 size food pans with your favorite condiments, and you're ready to go!
Thanks to its drop-in design, you can easily substitute other pans (sold separately) to meet the needs of changing menus. It also features a removable sneeze guard to protect your condiments from airborne pathogens.
