This unit is well suited for chilling garnishes or condiments using ice or chill packs. This tray fits on standard mixing rails and features a patented dome lid that rotates back for easy opening and increased capacity when closed. Removable inserts allow you to customize your Dome to accommodate different garnish varieties and quantities to faster serve your customers. This garnish tray has a 6 quart capacity and includes four 3 pint deep trays.

This was exactly what I was looking for in a condiment holder. I use this for salad toppings. The pans hold a lot and the whole thing breaks down for easy cleaning.
LOVE LOVE this tray!! It holds all our hamburger garnishes perfectly!! It's very durable and easy to clean. Has space under the individual containers for ice also if needed.
I use this on my ice cream truck, I love that I can store it and clean it easily after each shift. Make sure you get the CHILLABLE trays for it if you are going to need ice or packs underneath. The 3 qt r too deep for it so look for the 1.5 pt chillable trays
Did not work well in our kitchen because it gets too hot and this did not stay cold. But it has worked great at our waitstation. They use it to hold salad toppings. Great product, easy to use, easy to clean, easy to store.
Holds enough. Easy to open and close. Has a good seal. Favorite part is that the lid comes off so you can really deep clean the entire thing.
These work wonderfully for storing fruit and other garnishes behind the bar. The inserts are removable for quick cleaning. One of the nicest features is the fact that you can put ice underneath the containers to keep every fresh and at a safe temperature.
We bought 2 for our food truck venture... we LOVE THESE! Great size and hold just enough while keeping it cold. We use ice packs in the bottom, and they stay cold for the 4 hour limit - we probably replace faster than needed.

Our go to caddy, we have one at every bar station. We don't use the clear plastic trays it comes with, we use the white ones but they fit just fine. Fits 6 pint sized trays or 3 quart sized, also has room below the trays to keep ice.
