Designed by bartenders, for bartenders, this San Jamar BD4005E all-in-one, garnish center is the perfect organization and space saving solution for your bar. This unit is well suited for chilling garnishes or condiments using ice or chill packs. This tray fits on standard mixing rails and features a patented dome lid that rotates back for easy opening and increased capacity when closed. Removable inserts allow you to customize your dome to accommodate different garnish varieties and quantities to faster serve your customers. These removable trays are easy to clean, and the station is dishwasher safe for quick service. This garnish tray has a 4 quart capacity and includes four 1 pint standard trays and one 2 quart deep tray. It accommodates EZ-Chill™ ice packs and feature ice liners that allow the use of ice. The condiment bar comes with (2) end caps and (1) snap-on caddy to accommodate straws, stirrers, and other drink accessories.
