The trays inside of these can cause the lid to close awkwardly. They are slightly too large, I had to cut them down by a millimeter so that the lid closes smoothly. Otherwise these work well. I filled them with ice to keep condiments cold.
This condiment holder is a must-have for our us. We use it in the bar for lemons, limes, olives and cherries, but also in our restaurant for hot dog toppings like relish and onions.
This condiment holder is very affordable, allows for plenty of space for ice or ice packs and cleans up very easily. I recommend purchasing extra compartments to keep filled and refrigerated so changing out compartments is quick and easy.
