While other dispensers require a user to press down on a pump, this one functions with a motion-detecting sensor, allowing for touchless operation. The technology eliminates the spread of germs on surfaces for a safer and cleaner condiment station. Whether used at a self-serve counter in the dining room or in the back-of-house for take-out orders, this dispenser is an easy way to alleviate sanitation concerns. It also eliminates tabletop condiments and unwieldy to-go packets.

The unit dispenses a portion of up to 1 oz. in size. Simply place one hand over the sensor eye, and position a portion cup or dish under the dispensing point. To reduce the portion size, remove your hand and cut off the dispensing process before retrieving the full ounce. PerfectSense technology detects the user's hand between 1" to 3" above the sensor eye for precise motion detection. This prevents the unit from accidentally dispensing when an employee cleans or works around the dispenser. In doing so, it minimizes product waste and the mess it can cause.

Great for virtually any menu, the Touchless Express accommodates thin condiments like hot sauce, thick condiments like ketchup, and extra-thick condiments like ranch dressing or relish. It even includes a set of 8 labels to allow for easy product identification. Labels include Ketchup, Hot Sauce, Barbeque Sauce, Mustard, Relish, Ranch Dressing, Mayonnaise, and House Sauce. Using these labels helps ensure that customers or employees select the condiment they want on the first try, reducing waste and frustration.

The unit is designed to drop into an existing countertop and fits a 1.5 gallon pouch (sold separately) with a 16mm fitment to accommodate your choice of ambient product. It boasts a sealed, sanitary system that helps preserve the quality of the product, while also preventing tampering or cross-contamination. It achieves up to 98% product evacuation too, ensuring that it uses as much of the product as possible.

For your convenience, the dispenser's stainless steel construction is easy to clean and promotes longevity. No calibration is required for operation, either; once installed, just plug in the cord, and start dispensing! A plug is included, and a 100-240V electrical connection is required.
