A 4 1/2" plate rail gives you extra room to work with and combines with a 9 1/2" deep back shelf that holds go-to seasonings and supplies to maximize your cooktop efficiency.
In addition to the four open burners, this range comes with a 12" griddle ideal for making pancakes, eggs, sausages, or steaks. With the added versatility, you can expand your menu offerings within the same footprint. The 20,000 BTU U-shaped burner provides sufficient power to make this range a work horse in your kitchen.
A 30,000 BTU standard oven makes this unit even more versatile by giving you a convenient way to warm your delicious foods or even do a bit of baking for your dessert menu! The oven's temperature can be adjusted from 250-550 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate virtually any recipe. With 2 chrome plated racks that can be used in 4 different positions, you can easily arrange the oven to best complement your specific needs.
This 36" range features a rugged stainless steel front and durable aluminum sides that are not only designed to provide you with years of trouble-free performance, but are also extremely simple to clean! The cast iron grates lift off for a simple, thorough cleansing while the deep pull-out crumb tray further expedites end-of-day cleanup. And, thanks to the porcelainized bottom, maintaining a spotless oven is easier than ever. The 6" adjustable stainless steel legs ensure that your unit is level and allows you to easily clean underneath for a safe and sanitary kitchen. A liquid propane gas connection, located on the right side, is required for operation.
It's a great addition to a food truck that beats a tabletop griddle since you get the advantage of having the oven without taking up any other tablespace. It was fairly easy to put together and the shelf is nice for storing items. The only things I don't like about it are 1) the pilot lights are real inconvenient to light. There are 5 lights with the 2 for the burners being real obvious and easy. However, the 2 for the griddle are very hard to see and are really far back, almost in the middle, of the griddle. You need something long to get back there. The oven is also a bad spot where you have to lay on the floor and hold the knob on the oven for 30 seconds prior to lighting and then another 30 seconds after to keep it lit.

Pilot light for oven will not stay lit. I have had 3 of the same range since December 2022 and it's just July 2023. Thankfully still under warranty. The warranty department sent a technician out each time and no success on fixing the problem so they sent a new one each time and didn't want the others shipped back. The last one which is number 3, was received 2 weeks ago and already it's out. It's fine that they have replaced them but the problem with that is it's costing me a ton of money to get them installed by a licensed technician each time and being a small restaurant this hurts the business all around. We purchased what we were able to afford just starting out but my advice is to avoid this range by all means. Technician was supposed to be there today but was a no show....guess I will be without a oven the hold weekend!!!

The flat top grill runs really hot. You only get the option of high and low. You cannot set to a specific temperature. We returned our first one, and the second ones still runs really hot. Low temperature is at 450 degrees most of the time.The only other thing I dislike is the grease trap is really small.The oven works great. Use it almost every day.
