The Nemco 6215 economy all- purpose countertop oven is made of stainless steel and features a 14" rack that accepts items up to 12" wide and 2 1/2" high. It is perfect for small pizzas. The 6215 has a 15 minute timer that controls the on/off operation and a preset 450 degrees Fahrenheit thermostat. The 6215 has both an upper and lower heating element, and a crumb tray for easy cleaning. The 6215 operates on 120V and 1450 watts.

It's hard to rate this pizza oven because it does heat well and quickly, and cooks just fine. My big issue with it is the height of the insert for the pizzas. It is only about 2 inches high which means that you cannot really cook a fresh pizza in it. Any pizzas we make are too tall to fit in this oven. I imagine this is meant for restaurants or people who are cooking frozen pizzas, a fact I didn't realize when I bought it.

nice little pizza oven. works very fast and has very even heat, no hot spots. not for production use but great for a late night pizza option in a bar or pub.
I manage 2 different concession stands and we use one of these at both. They work great and don't take up much space at all.
