Monin Premium Pineapple Flavoring / Fruit Syrup 1 Liter

We use a lot of Monin products and carry many of their flavors because they are easy to work with and consistently taste great. The pineapple syrup has a bright, tropical flavor that works well in both simple drinks and more creative specialty recipes. It adds a nice fruit flavor without needing to use too much, which makes it useful for sodas, teas, lemonades, refreshers, and layered fruit drinks. I like that the pineapple flavor comes through clearly, but it still blends well with other syrups like coconut, mango, peach, and strawberry. The syrup pumps consistently, mixes easily, and helps us keep drinks repeatable during service. It is a great flavor for adding a tropical option to a drink menu, and I would definitely recommend it.

Not for me

Of all the Monin syrups I've tried, pineapple is the only one I've had a real problem with. The flavor is great to start, but ends with a strong plastic aftertaste. Perhaps I just got a bad batch, but I won't be buying this again.
