Cool down from the summer heat with this frozen, sweet, and spicy treat!

1.5 oz. Monin neutral beverage base
1 oz. Monin hot honey syrup
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1 oz. milk
8 oz. ice

Put all of the ingredients into a blender in the order listed above. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving glass. If desired, add a garnish, such as whipped cream and honey, before serving.

3/4 oz. Monin hot honey syrup
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice

Fill a double old fashioned glass with ice. In the order listed above, pour all of the ingredients into a mixing glass with 2/3 ice. Cap the mixing glass, shake it, and strain into prepared double old fashioned glass. If desired, add a garnish, such as a lemon slice, before serving.
