Turbofan has raised the benchmark in performance. The Turbofan convection oven fan system is more powerful and increases air volume and distribution of the heat within the oven cavity. Our ovens are flawlessly made with durable construction to deliver today's needs for a more effective, practical solution. The ovens, and accessories, work together to deliver solid reliability and outstanding features, thereby continuing the legacy of the Turbofan brand.

So, what's new? The new Turbofan series high-volume air flow convection oven performance is produced by our bidirectional fan system technology. The fan is fully stainless steel and circulates in dual asymmetric directions. By changing the convected air direction, the air symmetry is more balanced and enhances the evenness of cooking within the oven chamber and across the oven tray, baking evenly each day, all day.

The new E28 model features a dual bidirectional fan system for a more powerful output, giving faster, even heating performance. The intelligent design of the Turbofan 20 series is epitomized by our door design, with all ovens having a drop down door, swing up hinge, and clip into position feature. These smart attributes allow the operator to complete a quick daily wipe down with absolute ease, as the glass panels can be removed for cleaning. The top glass panel is built with a glass edge protection for those occasional knocks, and our door handle is powder coated for scratch and wear resistance.

Turbofan plug-in door seals are simple to remove from the door seal channel, making cleaning and replacement quick and effortless. Daily cleaning of the seals offers further protection from acids and contaminates. A dual-spring system within the oven door mechanism operates by one spring system used for the general opening and closing of the door, and the second guaranteeing an effective seal, delivering an effective seal each and every time.

We apply a thermal reflective transparent coating to all of our Turbofan oven doors that limits heat absorption and the amount of heat being transferred to the outer surface of the glass panel. Included in this feature, a venting door design that allows any heat to further dissipate while it approaches the second glass panel via an air gap, ensuring that more heat is contained within the oven cavity. This results in faster baking and cooking, more energy efficiency, and decreased emissivity so that the outside door temperature remains cooler to touch and safe.

The Turbofan oven chamber has an impervious, sealed porcelain enamel coating applied to both sides of the oven liner. This formulation of the coating and firing process creates the superior finish which is made durable and easy to clean. Halogen G9 lights with an auto-off feature is favorably positioned to ensure the optimum illumination when food is placed on tray. Halogen light emits a brighter, whiter light and have a longer lasting product life than conventional incandescent bulbs.

Leading market tray spacing enables product loading versatility. The space within our oven cavities is fully functional and useable for all applications. All Turbofan series ovens are available in both American and Euronorm pan sizes. Our racking system makes using the oven even easier. Oven racks are anti-withdrawal, anti-tilt, and feature a long 70% telescopic reach. The side racks can be quickly removed for ease of cleaning by undoing easy to release screws.

The new digital baking controller and ideal placement of the thermostat in the oven cavity of the Turbofan 30 series ensures ultimate responsiveness. An industry-leading 3/4 inch, or twenty millimeter, clear visibility display for both time and temperature. Control knobs are central return. Turn to the left or to the right to alter time or temperature, along with other simple controls for alarm messaging: moisture, steam, is pulse, or timed water injection feature. Our 30 series oven features both manual and program mode functions depending on the individual model. Its efficient, smart, and simple design makes it an ease to use for a wide range of applications.

A new anti-skid system via the leg ring will make your oven stay in position and resist movement while reducing noise and vibration on non-porous surfaces. This also means that the oven can sit directly on compatible stands with no need for additional leg mounting. The ultimate in adaptability, the evolution of the Turbofan range has meant that we have naturally selected the best features of all of our products and developed them to adapt to any environment and thrive in any situation.

The new series offers baking ovens in various dimensions and capacities, adaptable enough to enable frozen goods, warming goods, patisseries, croissants, Danish pastries, and savories to be baked fresh daily. With increased rack spacing and loading capacities within the 20 series, this can also be ideally suited where bakery products can be added as convenience product.

Delicate cooking within the Turbofan convection oven is ideal for food service situations such as roasting beef, chicken, and pork, and baking meatloaf, pies, potato bakes, and casseroles, to name a few. Another great use is the ability to regenerate bulk and single portion dishes, as these dependable specialty and utility ovens suit situations from independent caterers to large institutions.

Perfect for virtually all cooking and baking applications, this Moffat Turbofan double deck full size 6 pan electric convection oven with digital controls and stainless steel stand is a great way to increase cooking capacity without sacrificing valuable space in your commercial kitchen! As a double stacked configuration, this unit includes two individual ovens that allow you to double your baking capacity in the same small footprint. Plus, each oven fits 6 full size sheet pans, so you are able to capitalize on cooking space.

Each convection oven boasts 10.7 kW of heating power and a 2 speed bi-directional reversing fan system that spreads heat throughout the entire oven, ensuring evenly cooked products. The large 3/4" digital display makes it easy to view the current temperature and time remaining on a set timer. The electronic thermostat control, adjustable between 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit, also allows for ultimate precision and accommodates a wide range of recipes. To save you time and to make things easy, this oven can be set with up to 30 programs, allowing you to save and recall your most popular recipes with a push of a button. With 3 stage cooking and stage end alarms, you will always know exactly when to check your pizza, flatbread, or cookies.

Have you ever looked at perfectly cooked loaves of artisan bread and wondered what the secret was? The steam injection mode on this oven is adjustable up to 5 levels and is guaranteed to change the way you bake bread. Instead of a dull, hard loaf of bread, steam injection keeps the bread from losing moisture during the first 5 to 10 minutes of baking and helps to give your bread an enticing, crisp crust.

The interior is covered with a porcelain baking compartment liner that is extremely effective at distributing heat evenly. Each oven compartment can hold up to (6) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans in a front to back position, and the rack positions are separated with 4 1/8" of space. Each oven also comes with 6 chrome plated wire racks so you can start cooking in both ovens right away. The dual halogen lamps in the interior of the oven illuminate the space so you can monitor products at a quick glance. For valuable temperature protection, a continuous door seal ensures the warm air inside does not escape.

The stainless steel front, sides, and top provide durability, ease of cleaning, and corrosion resistance, while the left-hinged door features dual pane glass encased in stainless steel door frames with a welded stainless steel door handle. The door is also field convertible and can be easily switched to right-hinged, if desired. The ovens rest on an adjustable stainless steel stand that provides the necessary clearance for cleaning and maintenance. It also keeps them at an ergonomic height for easy access! Each oven requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
