Perfect for virtually all cooking and baking applications, this Moffat Turbofan double deck full size 3 pan electric convection oven with mechanical controls and casters is a great way to increase cooking capacity without sacrificing valuable space in your commercial kitchen! Its compact 31 7/8" width makes it great for coffee shops, kiosks, snack bars, and restaurants.

Each convection oven features 4 kW of heating power and a bi-directional reversing fan system spreads heat throughout the entire oven, ensuring evenly cooked products. Plus, with a diameter of 7", this full stainless steel oven fan is a powerful workhorse. The interior is covered with a porcelain baking compartment liner that is extremely effective at evenly distributing heat. To adequately cook multiple dishes at once, each oven compartment can hold up to (3) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans in a left to right position, and the rack positions are separated with 3 1/3" of space. In addition, each oven comes with 3 chrome plated wire racks so you can start cooking in both ovens right away.

An adjustable mechanical temperature control knob allows this oven to operate at temperatures between 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit, giving it the capacity to cook a large array of dishes and products. It also has a 60-minute timer to help keep track of your culinary creations and dual halogen lamps in the interior of the oven illuminate the space so you can monitor products at a quick glance. For valuable temperature protection, the continuous door seal ensures the warm air inside does not escape.

The stainless steel front, sides, and top provide durability, ease of cleaning, and corrosion resistance, while the door features dual pane glass encased in stainless steel door frames with a Stay-Cool powder coated welded door handle. The ovens rest on an stainless steel stand that features (4) 3" casters so you can easily move the unit to clean or move it to a different location. The casters also provide the necessary clearance for cleaning and maintenance while keeping the units at an ergonomic height for easy access! Each oven requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
