Love the Hells Handle line of products. The handle material never gets hot and super easy to clean. The gauge of stainless is very heavy so there is no flex as far as scrapers go. I used it improperly on purpose and cut some precise steak fries lol from russets. Great scraper on surfaces and flour cleanup and just food dice scooping. Might get a couple more for non food use.

Heavy and durable. Much better than the drywall scrapers one could purchase from a hardware store. We utilize this for a variety of jobs and surfaces. Very happy with the purchase.

super versatile, handy and robust. I use this to cut cinnamon roll dough into the actual individual cinnamon buns. I also use this to smooth frosting on cakes and it works perfectly (see photo). lastly, i use it to scrape my cast iron griddle after each use.

Exactly what I was looking for. Not flimsy at all it is a high heat handle, I leave it laying on the edge of the griddle and holds up well. it has measurements on edge in. and cm.

This scraper is like used or defective product which is full of scratch and bent. I am very disappointed with the quality especially the price is not cheap.

This high heat bench scraper is well made and constructed of good quality materials. It has held up well to regular use and can be cleaned easily.

I purchased two of this scraper. One I use as a butcher block scraper and I purchased the second one to help me properly size my mini loaves of fresh baked bread. I use one in my meat processing area with butcher block/ table cleanup. My butcher is very pleased with his scraper and tells me that it exactly what he needed to replace a worn out smaller scraper that we had for years. He says the new one is so much more efficient that in made a significant improvement in cleaning his butcher block and parting table. He especially like the 6" width and the design of the handle. He claims this new scraper is easier to handle and stiffer than the old one, and making cleanup so much easier and quicker. He says he like that handle shape and the fact that it is nylon, give him a much more pleasant grip.

I love this bench scraper! The measurements (inches on one side and centimeters on the other) are very easy to read and really useful. The handle is comfortable and the blade is sturdy and perfect for cleaning counters, dividing dough, or peeling dough off the counter. This was worth every penny.

Love this scrapper! The quality is amazing, for employees that are a little rough with scrapping the grill this is a good fit. The metal and handle are designed perfectly and will not snap on you. Clean up is simple and they shield off heat really well, so you shouldn't burn your hands while using them.

This bench scraper is hefty. It has some weight to it and it feels well made. The measurements on the blade are really helpful for dividing up dough, especially for things like puff pastry.

This bench scraper works great! We have used it for a number of different tasks in the kitchen. It works really nice for separating dough for bread. The mm and in. markings on the side are very convenient for consistent lengths of cuts. Would buy again!

I use this product as a board scraper, to chop pieces of dough for gnocchi and just about anything else. The high heat is key when deciding on this product. It can withstand pretty high temperatures. This is overall a great buy!

I use this to chop up cheeses steaks on the grill, So far so good this is a good brand to buy probably the brand i will stick to know when i comes to grill utensils.

Total joke, this scraper bent in one day when used on a hot flat top grill, the corners are totally bent in and make it useless for service. They are collecting dust waiting to be returned by apparent the photos I sent are not good enough to prove the rip off that this product really is.

I am very pleased with this scraper. I use it to chop meat, chop cabbage for slaw, and cut sheet cakes, primarily, but it has many uses. It is strong and durable with a nice handle.

This is fine for scraping diced vegetables in to a pan off from a cutting board. It is slightly flimsier than others but gets the job done. The wooden handle is appealing.

The Mercer Hell's Handle bench scraper is great for cooking chopped meat on a grill. It is also great for scraping a grill to remove debris. This is a product that will last you a long time. It is well worth the price!

I purchase the Mercer M18370 Hell's Handle High Heat 6" x 3 1/2" Bench Scraper (Item #: 470M18370 MFR #: M18370) to use in culinary school. This is a well-made bench scraper with a useful ruler in inches on one side and centimeters on the other. I have not used it to "chop" but it works perfect to pick up diced food and rolled-out dough. Feels very well made.

This is a great quality for the money. Our cook uses daily and loves it. We had a different brand and the handle got very hot if it was left close to the grill. This one however does not. Perfect for the grill

I bought a few different brands of these to try them out and this thing is like the Ferrari of scrapers. I especially love the ruler on both sides. I bet I could run this over with the car and it would just laugh. Its got a real heft to it also. You couldn't be disappointed if you tried.

Love this little tool (scrapper). I use it for my most sticky dough. I can cut, separate my risen dough into equal parts with ease. The item itself is made to last. Well constructed and easy to handle.

In looking for a scraper to clear off my griddle, having one with a sturdy handle that could withstand the heat of the cooktop and sometimes be used to separate items cooking together - I found this one. I've used it several times now and it serves both purposes very well. I'd buy this again in a heartbeat if something happened to the one I have.
