    The long handle is a must when grilling hamburgers. The blade is wide and long enough to be able to turn and flip two burgers at once. Would not even consider grilling without the long handle.

    We've had these for more than a year and they're holding up really well. The handle doesn't melt and the metal hasn't gotten dinged or bent. The handle feels a little longer than necessary, but they're great.
