Mercer Culinary M18340 Hell's Handle® High Heat 5" x 3" Heavy-Duty Square Edge Turner

This is a great spatula and highly recommended for any cooking task that requires high heat. We when through many "heat resistant" spatulas that kept melting. We have only needed one of these.

I bought a couple of these square edge turners for my restaurant. They are very heavy duty and the quality is definitely superior! I love the fact that the handle doesn't get hot and it can handle the high heat very well.

This heavy duty turner is nicely constructed of durable material. It was purchased as an addition to our grill line and I have to say that it appears to be my new favorite. It is the perfect size for a controlled flip which is oh so important.

I purchased both the Mercer M18340 Heavy Duty 5" x 3" turner and M33183 6" x 3" Fish / Egg Turner for home use. I've used this each about 4 times and so far they both seem great. Both sizes work perfectly on a 12" lodge cast iron skillet, and even for fried rice and such in a stainless 10" pan. The Heavy Duty model has very little flex and a nice beveled edge for scraping underneath food such as burgers (though it isn't sharp). The Fish Turner is very flexible and thin so it's great for cooking things like eggs or rice.

It's relatively stiff, but the tapered edge allows it to get under thinner products like eggs without a problem. The hell's handle keeps it from melting or transferring heat if I leave it in the pan.

This smaller sized turner allows for greater precision . Quality material and the handle stays clean after vigorous commercial use . Stays protected even in high temperature settings

Loving this extremely durable turner! The handle is comfortable to hold and the utensil is solid, but not too heavy in my hand. Seems like this Mercer item will last a lifetime!!

This is very well made and long lasting. It has held up well with a lot of use. It is made to withstand a lot of heat. I would highly recommend this product.

Well made, heavy weight, well balanced. The blades are tough and really versatile. The only drawback is the wood handles are prone to charring over time.

I use this on our flat top everyday. It scrapes the grill and doubles as a channel cleaner, too. better than using longer flipping spatula.

Mercer has developed awesome spatulas. This one particularly is called Hell's Handle and measures 5" X 3". I recommend purchasing these in bulk for your company

great spatula- very heavy duty- well worth the price. We were continuously breaking/ cracking spatulas- broke down and got this one and we love it!

This has worked great for serving up quiche and cake. It is very sturdy and works really well! I would highly recommend this for sure.

We had one of these turners that was constantly in use. We needed several more and found it on Webstaurant. It is nice to find what we are looking for at a good price!

This has been my favorite turner in over 18 years in the industry. The handle stays cool, doesn't melt. It's well weighted and can easily break up meats and handle larger grilling tasks like a champ!

Love love love this! The fact I no longer have to worry about where I place this on the edge of the grill or worry about burning my hands. Fabulous design lightweight and well balanced!! I wish they made scrapers and steak weights!

Mercer makes great knives that we use, and this turn is no exception. Good for flipping, turning and also for cleaning. Glad we bought more then one!

This is a great product! My chefs love this turner. It's been left laying on the char-grill many many times, but it's still great! Will definitely order more when needed!

This comes in handy for flipping and handling our burger parties and others things we do on our flat top. Grill, the handles stays warms making it easy for us to use during busy hours.

This product is well made and very sturdy. It makes flipping whatever you need flipped easy. The rugged design should last for years to come.

I bought this because of the handle and price. It has worked great for burgers which i smash on the grill. i was quite surprised to find out how good it works. the handle doses not get hot or melt and worked like the manufacture stated. i would definitely buy more from this brand / company.
