Mercer Culinary M18270 Hell's Handle® High Heat 9 1/4" x 4" Stainless Steel Beveled Edge Blade Grill Scraper with Burgundy Handle

We've been using these for years and loved them - literally used the same couple for 4 years. The last 4 or 5 we've bought will snap off at the handle and break within a couple weeks. It seems their product quality has gone down and these don't hold up like they used to.

An absolute must have for any commercial kitchen. We use ours on a daily basis and they hold up great! Incredibly durable utensils. The handle stays cool even when near the hot grill.

Not as durable as I thought it was going to be but have been using it for some time now and it has not broken on me.

I bought a couple of these grill scrapers for my restaurant. I use them as grill scrapers and to cut the grilled chicken too! The quality is amazing and totally worth the price.

While this may look like your run of the mill scraper from any hardware store, it's not. This is built for purpose, and that is for flat top stoves. It has good weight, and does not flex, which is what you want, rigidity when scraping. The edge stands up to use, and can be sharpened to keep the edge pristine. We use this in conjunction with our two handle scraper, which we reserve for full stove scraping. This little guy is good for spot scraping in between orders. We also use it in the "gutter" to push things in the waste hold.

A sturdy-feeling spatula. The blade is quite stiff, making it good for scraping. Interestingly, the logo on mine was printed upside down compared to the photos. I'm a little concerned about the steel rusting, because I can see a few dark spots appearing after a couple weeks of regular use and being put in the dishwasher.

Great product at good price

Totally blown away. This SNAPPED after 3 weeks of use! It's a clean snap right at the handle. Really disappointed in this product.

This is probably the best grill scraper I have ever used. I have used the wood handled ones before and the biggest problem with those are they age worse when being washed, the wooden handles don't hold as well and splinter. This one has a plastic handle that doesn't splinter and is heat resistant upwards of 400 degrees that i have tested.

The scrapper is like a nice blade to scrape the griddle with. But you have to really grab it by the metal portion if you are going to apply a lot of pressure or you risk snapping the metal off where it meets the plastic.

i like this scraper because is small and steady and can remove easily any kind of grease and its size makes easy to use it.

You really can't beat the Hell's Handle products. This grill scraper is no different. It does a great job of keeping our griddle and grill clean.

The Mercer Culinary Hells Handle 4 inch beveled blade is fancy. We use it to clean off our ice cream roll machines of residue. Works great and looks great.

We cook on a huge grill and these are out favorite to use becuase they are light and small but also pick up a good amount of food off the grill for easy serving. At the end we also use them to scrape off food from the grill for cleaning and they are great.

We had bought a budget scraper (wooden handle) and it didn't stand up to the heat of our flattop. This one takes the heat and you can still grab the handle.

Basically bought this item for cleanup of steam pans and other really stuck in jobs. It works good for charbroiler and griddle too. I'm always finding a use for it.
