Great knife for cutting loins. I use it every day, and its stayed sharp. I really thought I'd have to sharpen it by now, but still cuts great with no problems at all!

While this does have Granton groves the groves don't follow the curvature of the cutting edge. This kind of shows in the picture on the web site however on the knife I received the grooves are even further from the cutting edge and are in a straight line configuration. On a knife with a very curved cutting edge it looks ridiculous. If i had realized this earlier I would have gone for the Swiss brand even though it costs a lot more.
