This unit uses an efficient 12V max CXT lithium-ion 2.0 Ah battery for up to 33 minutes of use on a full charge. The battery is made with a battery protection circuit that protects against overloading, over-discharging, and over-heating, too. It also features an integrated LED battery charge level indicator that signals to the user when the battery needs to be recharged. This vacuum is only for use with Makita batteries and chargers.
