    We figured a commercial vacuum would be a better one to use for our office building than a regular household one. However, with under 20 days of use, the unit broke. The brushes section doesn't spin anymore, and when you try to use it, it now has a burning smell. We had high hopes that this item would be much better and didn't need replacing every 1 year compared to household vacuums... but alas, it didn't even last 1 month, let alone 1 year. Now I have to go through manufacturer warranty... which they do not make it easy.
