We have now used the Lavex backpack vacuum for 2 months. It is well designed, very powerful and easy to change the bag. My staff was reluctant to use it at first, now they fight over it. They tell me you can vacuum for a long time without getting tired.

I've been through two of these units now, and neither of them has lasted even a year. Don't bother with this. Pass it up. Definitely not worth it.

Was hopeful when we bought this unit. Really like a lot of things about it but 10-months and it has stopped turning on completely.

After a year of ownership it just stopped turning on. Stick to a better name brand.

We appreciate your review, Stefan. We wish this Lavex Janitorial 6 Qt. Backpack Vacuum with HEPA Filtration and 8-Piece Tool Kit would have worked out for you. Our Customer Solutions team will remain in contact with you about this.
Be careful with this product, we bought 2 and both came out bad, very beautiful on the outside but the quality is extremely bad, we do not recommend this product at all, it will only give you headaches and it will make you lose time and money.

I would have given 5 stars but I have noticed 2 issues with this vacuum. The 1st one is the on/off switch is on the right side. For someone operating this vacuum who is right handed the hose keeps rubbing the switch turning it off. The 2nd issue is the connection to the attachments. It would be nice to have a locking system so that the attachment doesn't keep coming off.

We ordered this vacuum expecting a professional quality product, and that’s exactly what we got. We are very pleased with everything about this machine. Quality of hose, wands and accessories is outstanding. Noise level is low and a very tolerable pitch. The remote switch is great. We very much appreciate the 50’ cord, which can be easily replaced. Bag changing is easy and clean. This will be a go-to model for us.

This is the most convenient vacuum ever! Hands free and extremely effective cleaning. Disposable bags are much better than vacuums with canister that allow dust to escape. That’s not a problem here and the bags are affordable. Highly recommend this vacuum.

Perfect
Very portable. Very powerful. Very compact. I use to vacuum the car out as well but you’ll need ear protection and does not come with a cord.

There is something to be said for not having to push a whole vacuum or drag around a clunky canister. It is loud so use your headphones but worth it, especially for the HEPA filtration and not having a brush roller in the floor nozzle is such a relief. If you have pets or long hair you will appreciate not having to scissor and pull out stuck hair that gets tangled up in those brush rollers. Leaves the floors/walls/ceilings really clean.
Love this vacuum to compare "Lavex Janitorial 10 Qt. Backpack Vacuum" with "ProTeam 107465 Super Coach Pro 10 Qt. Backpack Vacuum" it is just as powerful. The Lavex is quieter than the ProTeam which easier on the ears and the build occupants. The harness for the Laves seems better built. The vent for the exhaust doesn't point downward and thus move debris around like the ProTeam vacuum does. Many pluses for the Lavex! I have used the ProTeam many years as a custodian at a university so I know the machine well and I am very impress with the Lavex machine. And you can't beat the price of this vacuum for value it offers.
Always quick delivery! If you are concerned this won't have enough power you will be wrong! I was concerned because it says it compares to the next one up which, but I took a chance, and I am happy I purchased! This is used for commercial high traffic areas!!!!
We have loved using this unit. it's comfortable to wear, easy to adjust and has a lot of suction, Highly recommend to anyone shopping for an item like this.
I love this vac! The suction is great, and you can really see the difference when you're done. Dawn O. is right about the hose flipping the waist switch off, but that's a minor inconvenience for me (I'm right-handed). Having the machine on my back feels less cumbersome than a canister or upright, thanks to the very long cord. Maneuvering the hose is somewhat awkward at first, but as I got used to it, I easily guided it. For anyone looking for a good strong quality vacuum that won't break your personal budget, this one is a pleaser. Did I also mention this machine is great way to do low-intensity exercises while we are staying in during this once-in-a-century pandemic? This one will give you a good workout without a lot of bulkiness. Go, Lavex, go!
