Each crescent measures 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1 1/8", providing a larger cube that melts more slowly to avoid watering down drinks, a great benefit for bars and concession stands.
For impressive performance, this unit has a built-in self-diagnostic system that is programmed to automatically adjust to changing conditions. This allows for a more hands-off operation without needing to constantly make manual adjustments for optimal performance.
