We are a huge fan of Guittard chocolate and were so excited to see that Webstaurant starting carrying these butterscotch morsels! First of all, in addition to being delicious, they are soy-free, like Guittard chocolate (it's sunflower lecithin instead of soy). This makes a difference in our bakery, because we are trying to be completely soy-free! But these morsels are delicious and once we ordered them, we started making a Butterscotch Toffee cookie and now they're flying off the shelves!

These are really not great. They taste artificial, have a bitter aftertaste and a waxy finish. Not sure I would buy them again.
