This Frymaster 8261579 equivalent natural gas / liquid propane combination valve from Assure Parts can be used to replace the one that came standard on fryers, ovens, skillets, and other cooking equipment from many popular manufacturers! This Frymaster 8261579 equivalent valve comes set standard for natural gas, but also includes all of the adapter hardware needed to configure it for liquid propane. Because it fits such a wide range of items and equipment using different gas types, it's a great way to consolidate the stock on your truck. It also gives you the ability to fix an issue for your customer faster since you're more likely to have the right part ready to go, instead of looking up and waiting on a potentially more expensive OEM part.

It has 3/4" NPT threads on the inlet and outlet, but can be configured to 1/2" with the (2) included bushing reducers. It uses a 1/4" male terminal. The max inlet pressure is 1/2" psi (14" W.C.) and the default outlet pressure is 3.5" W.C. for natural gas, and 10" W.C. for liquid propane. The gas cock dial is marked "Off - Pilot - On". It boasts an electrical safety rating of 250mV - 750mV, and a working temperature rating of -10 - 175 degrees Fahrenheit. The maximum flow capacity (at 1" pressure drop) is 260,000 BTUs per hour for natural gas and 400,000 BTUs per hour for liquid propane.
