With 320 portions per case, this dough comes preformed in 1 oz. dough balls to make mini cookies for your guests. The frozen dough can be baked immediately or stored frozen for up to a year. When you're ready to bake, simply line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add your cookie dough, place the baking sheet in the oven, and bake the cookies at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 11 minutes in a convection oven or at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 11 minutes in a conventional oven. For an even bake, rotate your baking sheet halfway through the baking time for uniform, perfectly baked cookies.

These are seriously the BEST oatmeal raisin cookies I have ever had. I admit, I have never been a fan of oatmeal raisin cookies, BUT these are dense, not too sweet, and are chewy without tasting like you are chewing gum.
