Fresh milk, flour, sugar, eggs, and butter are combined to create the base of this cookie dough for a pure, homemade taste. Sweet chocolate morsels combine with classic, buttery dough to create chocolate chip cookies that can be served as a dessert at catered events, church functions, or school bake sales. Plus, these cookies are a crowd favorite at concession stands!

Preformed cookie dough is designed to make the baking process as easy and efficient as possible. With 240 portions per case, this dough comes preformed in 1.33 oz. dough balls to make medium sized cookies for your guests. The frozen dough can be baked immediately or stored frozen for up to a year. When you're ready to bake, simply line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add your cookie dough, place the baking sheet in the oven, and bake the cookies at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes in a convection oven or at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes in a conventional oven. For an even bake, rotate your baking sheet halfway through the baking time for uniform, perfectly baked cookies.

Boy, I wish I had taken a picture of these! They all came out just beautifully and with just enough non uniformity to look like they were homemade. They tasted just fine- it's really hard to mess up a chocolate chip cookie and these hit the spot. They were about palm sized when cooked and the dough balls could go straight from freezer to oven without any problems. Just be sure you leave 2" between cookies or else they will spread and bake into each other.
