Fresh, high quality ingredients, including brown rice flour, are combined to create the base of this gluten-free cookie dough for a pure, homemade taste. Sweet chocolate morsels are mixed with the classic, buttery dough to create chocolate chip cookies that can be served as a dessert at catered events, church functions, or school bake sales. Gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free, the cookies are also great for merchandising near your cafe's register to capture impulse buys and please both your health-conscious consumers and patrons with dietary restrictions.

Preformed cookie dough is designed to make the baking process as easy and efficient as possible. With 120 portions per case, this dough comes preformed in 1.5 oz. dough balls to make medium sized cookies for your guests. The frozen dough can be baked immediately or stored frozen for up to a year. When you're ready to bake, simply line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add your cookie dough, place the baking sheet in the oven, and bake the cookies at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes in a convection oven or at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes in a conventional oven. For an even bake, rotate your baking sheet halfway through the baking time for uniform, perfectly baked cookies.
