Preformed cookie dough is designed to make the baking process as easy and efficient as possible. With 80 portions per case, this dough comes preformed in 4.5 oz. dough balls to make jumbo cookies for your guests. The frozen dough can be baked immediately or stored frozen for up to a year. When you're ready to bake, simply line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add your cookie dough, place the baking sheet in the oven, and bake the cookies at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 13 to 14 minutes in a convection oven or at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 13 to 14 minutes in a conventional oven. For an even bake, rotate your baking sheet halfway through the baking time for uniform, perfectly baked cookies.
